This place is a scam. Do not I repeat do not do business here. I was overcharged for web design services and overpaid when I had to create my own logo and create my own web content. They then tried to bribe me after paying thousands of dollars to them me that someone was trying to get my business name and get it trademarked and wanted me to pay and additional $2000 so that they could stop the person from using my company name. They then insisted that I wire them funds which I knew was shady and after refusing I looked up on the trademark website and confirmed they were trying to scam me. I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB and hoping to recover at least some of the money that I wasted on this company and their services.

I had a horrible experience. In the end, it took 37 days to create a very basic website of 5 pages (they promised within 10 days), and they missed every single one of their own deadlines along the way. Give them a list of changes, half will get done, the other half dropped and they'll create two more issues while they are at it. They don't tell you what they are going to do or when, and they're amazingly terrible at following step-by-step instructions. Simple things such as a sticky header weren't able to get accomplished by this company (I had to add it myself). I had such a problem getting my website done that I escalated my issues to senior management. I got "help" from Ben, the company VP. Unfortunately, he was just as terrible to deal with, failing to address any of my core issues or the relationship. Ben literally just stopped replying to me. In the end, I changed the website myself after getting it back from this company and I'm happier with my version than theirs. Their price is good, but it's a headache. I think their gimmick is that they truly want you as a customer for Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and if you're just there for a website, go to the back of the line. They'll get to you, and eventually, you'll get 75% of what you wanted.

BE AWARE !!! Unfortunately, currently I'm one of their clients. I was chased by 3-4 guys to sign me to build my website for a while. I was promised to have my website ready in two weeks. I said that I am looking for quality and can sacrifice a bit of time for that.(Actually doubled time - 1 month) I was promised and reassured that everything will be on time and I will be 100% satisfied. Today is already two month since I have made my payment, BUT I am far away from seeing my project coming to the end. I was delivered only "Coming soon" web page that wasn't for my satisfaction and asked for some modifications. I was told that designers currently working on it and promised to see those changes coming right away. It been 10 days since then, multiple messages to the project manager that was ignoring my messages and haven't showed up on two booked calls with me without any cancelations and notifications. After having today's final call I was promised 80% refund(Hopefully, they didn't lied about it). Now, I am without $20% , with waisted 2 months of my business time, BUT, with another experience in my pocket. Also, I do not recommend to have business with them.

22 yrs with my domain, i used artistic webstudios for 14 months out of 36 months I paid for. this is the absolute worst experience and business decision I have ever made using this company was a nightmare. I had 5 project managers in this time frame, 1st (celein) lied to me, told me i needed dedicated server, i did not, I was told she got fired but I already paid for dedicated hosting. 2nd (marcus) hospital emergency he didnt come back to work, made promisses he never kept, 3rd (kevin) he actually tried to fix, I was told he got fired for loosing the company money, 4th (zane) promissed a new website although the one they built was only a year old, it was having so many issues, and due to me overpaying for hosting, I never got a dedicated server although paid for it they put me on a shared server, zane promissed a new website to make up for it, zane mia first said he was getting married, then said his wife with hospital emergency, 5th manager, Alstair - the absolute worst of them all, says he will update me on status of project, been 2 weeks he doesnt keep his word or do what he says, complete jerk stay away from him, so now i want to part ways , cut my losses, asked for all my files so i can transfer to new company, he sent the files incomplete and tampered, there was no user table in my data base, so I could not log into wordpress, thanks **&&%(*&^ all I can say about him, my new host company got me in created a table for me, but now there is many plug in and theme issues that my wordpress site went into safe mode only way to fix the erros they gave me, thing is site was taking orders before i wanted the change. I am going to be asking for refund of 2 yrs hosting I did not payfor a week ago alistair said he would update me on that, of course his is mia havent heard from them, I am with a new hosting company and having a new website being built by a much more reputable company, artistic webstudios is the absolute worst, I am now looking into learning how to sue an out of state business but the $3k I spent here will likely be a valuable learning lesson for me as its likely not worth the time, so I simply cut my losses but assured them i will let others know everyday for 5 minutes leaving a review for them on as many websites i can find, its my first thing to do each morning, if I cost them 1 customer it will teach them not to steal from others. read all the bad reviews others have had very similar results,, this is the worst website people I ever came across.

DO NOT under any circumstances use this company. Beyond unprofessional, don't get back to you, plus they are total scammers! Hired them to build a website for me which they never build, and now refusing to refund almost $900. They actually had a nerve to call me from their customer service department because the project was marked as completed on their end, and asked me how I am enjoying my website. At this point will be filing with the Federal Trade Commission. Be cautious too, they sound very nice in the beginning but once they have your money that's when the whole scam starts.

Great Design and Customer Service Artistic Web Studios redesigned my website to perfection. Derek D'Souza and his team are the greatest! I gave them a twenty-page mess, and they delivered a masterpiece, giving life to my dream. Derek was polite, supportive, and respectful throughout the journey. He and his team exceeded my expectations in every way, delivering a professional one-of-a-kind website design. We ran into a few snares, but in the end, the team overcame every obstacle. I have been working with this company for some time now and since Ben took over my project I am highly impressed with his work. He has been very supportive and responsive. My site was recently completed by Melissa and team (developer Norman) to my complete satisfaction. While the site took longer to complete than I had originally expected, the important thing to me is that they did not give up, make excuses, or in any way make me feel like they were just going to ignore my concerns. Instead, I had direct contact with Melissa which I consider very important via text, phone and email. At no time did I feel I was being ignored or avoided. And more importantly, they kept on the job until it was completed to my absolute satisfaction. I had several specific concerns and requirements and once they understood what exactly I was trying to achieve, they got it done. How can I possibly score a company and group lower than 5 stars when you have Melissa there telling you "we will get this done" and in the end doing so? I will definitely look to this group again in the future.
