Do not order from here. Ordered a bonnet through their website and never received it. Ended up buying a bonnet through their Amazon store instead. I received the order from the Amazon store and when asked about my original order they just gave me the shipping number from my Amazon order and insisted that it was delivered. Even after I explained about the 2 different orders they still insisted on it being delivered. No Bonner no refund.

Great customer service. I ordered a pair of their shorts thru Amazon for my husband. Amazon said it was shipped thru the company and should be delivered by November 23rd, by the 27th I went looking deeper and found where it shipped from and the tracking #. Only to be shown it was delivered on November 6th and not to my home, (from the delivered picture). I immediately reached out to them, and they answered within a day! Not only are they replacing my order and resending it but they're sending a gift along side of it! How sweet of them. I'd suggest that if you order from Amazon, don't listen to amazons estimated delivery but look for the tracking # and shipping site they use, (it'll be in you're order info on Amazon) and follow that. I cannot wait for these shorts to get in cuz I know my husband will love them!

I placed my order and no longer than 5 minutes I realized I messed up and there was no option to cancel my order so I tried to "chat" in their website and I did not get a response. I tried to contact them again multiple times throughout the day and still no response. The following day I get an email saying I can't cancel my order because the product has already been sent. I would have just put in the correct items and put in another order but now I can't. Will not be buying again due to berry poor customer support.(I will edit and update this review if I ever am able to get ahold of customer support ) Update : I spoke with a manner from customer service and they spoke with me not because I reached out to them but because I made this review. That being said everything was resolved so I changed this review from a 1 star to a 4 star.

I got my package like 2 and a half weeks after purchasing. The only problem is that it came in two packages a day after another and inside the second package was the wrong item I purchased. The first package came with the correct items, it's only the second one that came incorrect /:

I never received my order instead received something I did not order , contacted the company, they said they would resend the correct item and never heard from them again. I don't care to rectify the situation anymore, but you should do what you said you would do.Just a tip.
