Birchwood Group's designs are beautiful. Jay did a great job on our website and we get inquiries all the time via the Contact Us link. Many of our most valued customers found us on the web due to his placement abilities and his layout and description of our business on our page. He is hands on and has answered calls days, nights and weekends. Terrific support.

The Birchwood Group took on a challenging project for us and did a great job. Our goal was to completely revamp our website while retaining the feel of the original site as to not confuse existing clients. Not an easy task. As years pass I am sure that I should own the rights to the phrase "Murphy's Law". It has been almost three years with no worries about Mr. Murphy. I call the Birchwood Group and I am back in business. Regardless of the odd hours and numerous times I call them, I am never made to feel like I am imposing.
