Third & Valley

My boyfriend and I have been living at Third and Valley since 2023 and we love it here. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is fantastic and always addresses requests quickly. The building is clean and well-maintained. There are great amenities, including the gym, courtyard with pool, and other nice common areas. Our apartment unit itself is very nice. It's spacious and gets a lot of natural light. I never hear much noise from surrounding units. The residents here are friendly and there's a nice sense of community. The staff regularly hold events for us to enjoy. The location is perfect, right next to the train station and with many great restaurants and shops around. Overall, it's a wonderful place to live. I'd definitely recommend it!

Third & Valley might be the best apartment that I have lived. The staff (both maintenance team and Linda) are super helpful and friendly. David is very helpful too in terms of lease renewal and other random requests. The public area is always clean. The tech infra is great. Last but not least, we have a great coffee machine.

We just moved here three months ago, and it is an amazing building. When we first decided to move here, the staff was very accommodating. Tamika especially was very responsive. She answered every question we had and was always accessible. This is the best building to live in if you're looking for a community, a location conveniently located next to transportation to the city and staff that provides excellent service all the time.

My wife and I moved into Third & Valley a little over a year ago and have been blown away by the cleanliness of the building, the amenities, and the level of exceptional service by the property management team. It's a great building, fellow residents are kind, and the proximity to the train is a huge perk. Couldn't have asked for a better choice for apartment living!

I've lived at Third&Valley for 5 years now and I can't see myself anywhere else. The management here is amazing; consistently so responsive, efficient and kind. The events, classes and care they provide have created an amazing community! David is truly the best property manager you could ask for, and the maintenance team is WONDERFUL. As a full-time commuter the location is perfect and the town itself is always evolving and so charming. I love it here, I cannot say enough good!

Amending previous review. New review: Listen, the location of these apartments is great, it's amazing to be right on the train line. The property is very attentive to emails and comments and does work to try and find solutions. I will say my only issues is listed below in a previous review with my only issue being parking, otherwise I love my apartment and the building. So I have amended from one star to four, and if they can get the parking thing figured out, they might even get a five! Previous review: Maybe if you don't have a car and don't have to worry about parking this is the place for you. The garage might be owned by them but all operations, even residential parking, is managed by a third party company so forget ensuring that you have a spot each day. They are constantly full and daily passes can be sold to non residents making its overflow parking for the train station. Additionally, I live the idea of being able to charge my car, but there is ZERO enforcement as it's all left to the honor system. Email after email ignores to rectify the situation have fallen on deaf ears.

My boyfriend, dog, and I have lived at Third Valley since June. We couldn't have asked for a better location, community, amenities, and staff. Everyone who lives or works here is extremely friendly and easy to talk to. The close proximity to the train station was the ultimate reason we decided on living here but David, Juliet, Tameeka and the team at Third and Valley make it feel like home. We also love the events they host. It's a great way to get to know your neighbors!

The apartments are beautifully maintained, and the community atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. A special shout-out to Tameeka, who has truly made this transition smooth and stress-free. Her patience, professionalism, and responsiveness have been remarkable. She was always available to answer our questions and made sure we had everything we needed for a seamless move-in. Her attention to detail and commitment to ensuring we had a great experience went above and beyond!
