I would not recommend this service to any small business because they lack transparency, fail to provide clear compliance guidelines, and treat paying customers unfairly. My account was cancelled without explanation, and I was accused of violations without proper communication or support. This lack of professionalism and disregard for customer privacy make the service unreliable for any business trying to build trust and grow. I am very disappointed with the service I received. I was testing content creation and email marketing with family members, and despite paying for the service, my account was cancelled without explanation. When I called for clarification, I was unfairly accused of creating suspicious content and violating compliance guidelines. Firstly, as a paying customer, I feel my privacy was disregarded. I should have the freedom to create content without unjustified scrutiny. Secondly, I was never introduced to or informed about the compliance guidelines, leaving me completely unaware of any supposed violations. Lastly, despite following all protocols to the best of my knowledge, I feel I have been treated unfairly and unjustly accused. I expect transparency, fair treatment, and proper communication from a service I have paid for. I hope this issue is addressed swiftly and appropriately.
