I had an outstanding experience with a worker at the front desk named Debbie when I went into the store to get started and learn how to set up my modem, She was incredibly friendly, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. Debbie made me feel very welcome and took the time to explain everything to ensure I knew how to set everything up. Her kindness and helpfulness made my day much better and made the entire experience stress-free. Thanks to her, everything is up and running perfectly. I truly appreciate her exceptional customer service. Highly recommend Debbie!

I had an excellent experience at TDS in alamogordo. Both Debbie and Amanda were very helpful getting me started with my wifi modem. They were very kind and cooperative with any questions or concerns I had, and they also explained to me all the options I had while setting up my account. I highly recommend going right to TDS in alamogordo rather than calling main customer support. Thank you again to both Amanda and Debbie for a great experience!

Amazing customer service and super military friendly! If you have any issues with billing go into the office and they will help you! We had a billing issue during a time we were TDY and it was able to be resolved IN STORE! The staff is absolutely amazing!! Never had any connection issues either!

Ryan and Isaiah went above and beyond. The housing company cut the original fiber cable and they installed new cable and worked the problem really fast. They installed an entirely new fiber cable and Modem and helped us troubleshoot our router issues.

Great company, Great service. Was going to set up an expensive plan but got a call from the company and they helped me get a cheaper plan with more benefits. Got to choose when they can come install wifi and they arrived on time. Overall 5-star experience!
