Four Directions

We own a small but very busy company. Four Directions has professionalized my office! Even though we have more progress to make, so far I've had them install a server, create a remote connection allowing me to work from anywhere outside the office, and helped me with new equipment selection. I'm on the monthly plan and find their services to be invaluable. No more fear of losing archival information. No more spending countless hours trying to troubleshoot problems I don't understand to begin with. I'm a bookkeeper, my technicians are paid to work in the field....and Four Directions keeps everyone on their assigned tasks instead of struggling with computers. I highly recommend Four Directions for even the smallest of companies! I consider their fee structure extremely reasonable and a small amount to pay for the peace of mind I have now.

What do you do when your computer doesn't co-operate? You call the people at Four Directions. I was not able to receive or send emails and that is critical to my business. I hired this company and was excited to utilize their services, as they promised much ... but to date they have delivered nothing. I made payment in November with the promise that I would have a new website by January of 2020. Since then there has been a series of unanswered calls and emails and no website!
