I've been looking around for somebody to fix my laptop. I then found Gigateks and decided to bring it to Eric, he fixed my computer and had it ready by the date he said it would be ready. His service was awesome and my laptop works great! I also had another laptop and had it recently fixed by the Geek Squad and it was still giving me problems. I had Eric look it over and he fixed the problem at great reasonable price! If you're looking for someone to fix your computer, he is definitely the right person to go to.

Eric was very friendly and helpful! I had called so many places about the issue for my computer and Eric had given me the most information and was very knowledgeable. Also, the price was much less than what other places were going to charge me. He did a great job and I recommend going to Gigateks for your computer issues.

I am so very glad to have discovered Gigateks. I had been afraid that my laptop needed replacing. Eric took a look at it, diagnosed the problems, and had everything up and running in three days, including the delivery time for parts. He clearly explained to me the changes he had made, told me what to expect as the new system worked itself in, and generously offered his help by telephone if I ran into any snags. I called Gigateks first and had an appointment the very next day. Eric really listened to my issue and diagnosed that my hard drive had died. I was distraught about my priceless pictures and important documents I would lose. Eric offered to try and retrieve the information and if he couldn't do so he would not charge me. He was able to get everything off the hard drive and within a few days had my computer running better than new. I will only take my computers to Gigateks!

No one I know could recommend a reliable computer person. I was feeling desperate. I read all the positive reviews for Gigatek and took a chance. I met Eric and knew immediately that I had found the right person. He was personable and knowledgeable. He repaired my laptop overnight and was extremely reasonable. Alex showed me great customer service. He diagnosed the problem quickly, while I waited and replaced the needed parts immediately. Very rare to find such prompt customer service. He also gave me great recommendations for long term solutions for my computer issues. Great turnaround and reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

I do not know where to begin. Gigateks is a phenomenal company. Eric is the technical genius who helps assist you with your industrial issue. He is not only technological savvy, but as well as a people person. He is very fair with pricing, not trying to scam you in any way. I have found all of this out first hand. I am originally from Arizona and decided to attend the University of New Mexico. In the middle of my last semester before graduation, my computer had a malfunction. You could say that I went into straight panic mode, due to the fact that I was in the heart of midterms. I saw Gigateks number on the internet and called right away. I told Eric about my predicament and about my hectic school schedule. He understood and made sure to accommodate me as soon as possible! My computer took no longer then a day to fix, and I was right back to being a student. Overall you could say that Eric saved the day and that my computer is working better than ever. If I ever have any technical issues with any piece of equipment, I would choose Gigateks in a heart beat. Not only this, but I would recommend them to anyone having difficulties with hardware.

Eric did a terrific job on my aging MacBook. At my request, he doubled my notebook's memory - while I waited - and then offered to not charge me for his time! I found him to be uncommonly knowledgable, personable and helpful. I'd call on him again in a second for software/hardware issues, and I'd unconditionally recommend him to anyone looking for Mac or PC assistance in Albuquerque. Keep up the great work, Eric!
