Worst internet service I'm paying and don't even have internet my hotspot on my phone is faster. They trick you into a 2 year contract and don't let you go no matter what I've been trying to get out of it for 6 months bad bad service I have it disconnected that's how bad it is but they are still charging me at this point don't even have an option but to pay with no service. T-Mobile modem is even better only 50 dollars and this guys are charging me 100 the double and internet is super slow to a point to where it's useless

DO NOT USE. There are betterr options. To start its a 2 year contract with 600 up front to buy there junk. Service is under 100 mgs. Office staff genuinely tries to rip you off. After your 2 year contract if yiu dont pay them every 45 days they cut your Service and terminate you as a customer. Causing you to start a new contract and buy new equipment. Do not use!

We signed up for service a month ago, we have been lied to at every turn. We were told that it would be $70 per month, it's more than $90 per month after the promotional discount which means our bill would go up to more than $100 per month. We were told that the internet would be unlimited, apparently there's a data cap that makes the service useless. They refused to tell us how much data we actually receive. We were told 50 Mbps, it's actually 25 Mbps except for during the early part of the day where we do get 50, but only when we're at work not using the internet. In addition we told them our address and they decided to pick an address in a completely different town that is almost an hour away so we couldn't receive our paper bill to see that the bill is significantly higher than advertised. The autopay works just fine though so they can take their money no problem. Customer service has lead me in circles for weeks instead of just admitting they lied about every single important aspect of our service. Including trying to tell me that we weren't actually customers even though their equipment is in my house. Last thing for now is that I believe they changed my plan to the one that is more than $150 without my agreement, but I'll have to wait and see.

Absolutely terrible service all around. I had planned on doing no review, however, after this morning, I am beyond livid. Didn't even have this terrible service 29 days. I called at least twice a week for 3 weeks on how the service wouldn't work right. They couldn't fix their issue and kept telling me it's my fault due to my location. Ticket after ticket submitted with no response, and i only got a response when i called in yo gind out theyd never submitted the tickets! So I canceled them. 2 weeks after canceling, they charged me for a full month anyways. Now today, after having their equipment returned on Oct 11th, they charged me today, Nov 4th, for returned equipment nearly a whole month later! This company is beyond ridiculous and total crooks. Absolutely do NOT recommend them for any services. Customer service is atrocious and completely unacceptable. 1000% DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE FOR ANYTHING. Only recommend such a place to your enemies for a laugh, otherwise, do not waste your time and money on such a terrible service all around.

Do not get it!!! You're under a 2 year contract that they don't tell you about. You're on 100gb per month on your plan which now days, it does not work out. Stay away from this company!! 400 to end your contract
