Steady Networks contacted me within an hour of the submission of my help request. Adnan was the IT support person who called me. I am very hesitant to give out any information to someone contacting me as an incoming call, especially to give them access to my computer. Adnan was very patient with all my questions. Once I realized he already had all my information connected with my help request and I didn't have to give him any info, I was relieved and proceeded with the call. Adnan was able to access my computer, locate the issue quickly and guide me to make the needed changes. It was also late in the day right around 5:00. I'm thankful he was able to fix the issues so my computer is ready to start my workday tomorrow. Much appreciation!
