D2 Designs - Your Local Print Shop

This decal was ordered 100% from emails going back and forth. We are in Elk Grove California. D2Designs was super patient with all of our questions. We are super impressed. This was our very first time ordering anything like it and we are totally amazed. The colors are exactly what we wanted. The quality seems to be ultra premium and the shipping time was absolutely incredible. Even though this was my first time placing a decal this large D2Designs made sure to give me plenty of guidance regarding installation as well! If we need any more decals made we will definitely email them!!!

I first started communicating with D2 05/30/2023, no response. I had to follow up and request a quote again on 07/06. I have used the same quote package for our project signs in 7 states with very little modification for the last 12 years and I have never had so many issues with communication. Since we had a revision from the home office, I rewrote the instructions much more specifically, and they got the colors, layout and lettering correct (which is the only reason I added 2 stars), but not the material on which it was printed. I spoke to them on the phone several times during this process, but when I expressed that the product was NOT what I ordered, I was told that I was wrong. Additionally, we had some aluminum number plates ordered for daily counts. Every other place I have ever ordered from have provided stamped, clean edged finished plates with centered numbers. These plates are bent, not square at the corners, letters are cut off, and looks like they were cut with tin snips. Overpriced for what was provided.

Great for printing and local souvenirs, they've got it all (hats, hoodies, shirts, tumblers) Other stuff can be custom made

Me and my Fiancee went here to get our wedding invintations done. We brought our own artwork in and all we needed was for them to print the words on it. We approved the artwork and it took them a whole week longer than how long they originally told us it would take to get everything done. By the time we finally got our Invites back they werent even done the way we asked them to be done.

Overall pleased with the experience there at D2. They are a good team of professionals and my window on the truck looks good.

Been calling for weeks going on a month now. Never answer and they never callback. When I have called to check on work orders for my job they give a delivery date then excuses after excuses to justify why it's not ready on delivery dates given
