Was looking for Century Link Office in L.C. Found Sky View Sattelite instead. Dan explained to me there were no local C. L offices. I needed a hard copy of my Century Link bill and Dan spent at least 40 minutes getting it even though I was a customer of his. Can't ask for better service than that!

On a whim, as I was doing errands, when I spotted the DISH store near where I was shopping, I decided to stop in to see if they might be able to reduce my monthly bill. Dan was excellent. He is extremely competent in working with DISH to try to do what I asked. Although DISH did not fully cooperate, he was able to get me a "loyal customer" discount as well as talk me through how to proceed in the future to get other promotions, etc. I was very pleased with how this worked out and would definitely recommend him to others with this product for his competence and customer service. I will be consulting with him in future.

Dan has been truly amazing! He helped me get a huge discount on my current bill, I was about to cancel but he was able to cut my bill more than half. If you need any tv entertainment please come here you won't be sorry!!!

I saw a previous review (on a neighborhood website) about this business that suggested calling Dan for help to possibly lower your DISH subscription. Takeaway # 1) Followed that rabbit down that hole ... to connect with Dan. Takeaway # 2) I am a long-time customer with DISH & have been very satisfied with the multiple options of program selection, and the customer service both local & corporate. Takeaway # 3) Dan gets 5+ stars, for returning my call (after his regular business hours). NOTE: Keep calling ~ he's very busy, but W.I.L.L. get back to you. Takeaway # 4) Dan reviewed my subscription; a) made numerous helpful suggestions, b) provided lots of tips where I could save $, c) suggested upgrades to my subscription &/or equipment, and d) receive free perks. Thank you, Dan, for your expert customer service, for your extensive knowledge of what DISH has to offer & for making me feel that I am a valued customer of DISH.

I am very satisfied with my service it works great for online schooling! Leo is a big help also. He's friendly and patient. I love that she could go to a actual building in town and speak to a person to take care of your business. That alone is five stars! I recommend this place highly!

Leo and Will were so helpful! Leo hooked us up with a new Hopper and Will set it all up He even went up on the roof to check the wires etc to make sure everything was good. Both guys were super nice and professional. I will be going back when we decide to upgrade and would highly recommend them!
