Wow! They provide the best service - so quick and efficient (and I mean both the internet service AND the customer service)! Unfortunately, the weather does slow things down just a little bit, but of course that cannot be helped, and it isn't really that bad.. it makes you stop for a moment and enjoy the rain - ha ha. Seriously, though, I HIGHLY recommend Cyber Mesa!!

I recently changed my internet provider and got rid of CenturyLink, which has the worst customer service on the planet. I am now getting my service wirelessly from Cyber Mesa. What a difference! These people are amazing. I can actually get ahold of someone who knows what they can do, schedules the service, then does it exactly as described and ON TIME. The internet has, so far, been dependable and reasonably priced. Plus I get to feel good about supporting local business. No regrets here.

Ive had Cyber Mesa for a while now and I have had no problems! I have the kids doing online school now plus the cell phones plus my Netflix, Hulu, and prime and it runs all of them at the same time with no issues. When I call they are quick to respond. I highly recommend Cyber Mesa!

Trying to support the little guy gets you...well...lots of days and nights with no service. So what they're the most expensive internet provider in town...I'm supporting a local business, right? Wait, local and high priced, they should have great customer service to help out their local support. Nope. You can call in, but they offer no help and are understaffed so...yeah you just pay for days of service with no offer of reimbursement afterward. Once you try to end service...well they charge for another month just to bleed the last little bit out of their dwindling customer base.

My mother has this internet provider in Rio Chama and they always go above and beyond our expectations. In a world where customer service is lacking it is great to hear about kind exceptional service, especially w Sean and Jeff today. I recommend them to anyone in northern wanting to get away from conglomerate internet providers that could care less about you and only care for your money.

Very happy with all their services. I can always get a person on the phone if I need help and they always take as much time as needed even if the problem isn't with their system. A GREAT Spam Blocker and web mail more secure than my other outlets.
