I called this business looking to get an advertising agency to help me with a brochure for my business. The owner of the establishment called me back and asked me what I wanted to do. As I began explaining the nature of my business, he began saying names of other companies that also would be related to the industry I do business in, pointing out that they do the same thing. He went on to say that he does not see the value in what my business offers and was pretty combative. He then began asking me if I even had a business plan and asking about if I even had a budget for marketing....just an unpleasant very presumptuous encounter by the head of a company who is very arrogant. He then continued to suggest that I try to find a print shop after I expressed my interest in a marketing/advertising company to assist with creating the right verbiage to reflect the most professionalism possible...but he continued to suggest I use a local print shop. Everything happens for a reason and I wouldn't do business with an individual like this anyway. He then expressed that his company was not a good fit and the call ended. I was amazed and offended. I was not expecting to be treated that way and I have to admit my feelings were pretty hurt. Not nice.
