Customer Reviews & Testimonials
Industry City in Brooklyn is hands-down one of the coolest and most dynamic places to explore in NYC. Whether you're looking for great food, unique shopping, art, or just a fun place to walk around and hang out, this place has it all. The mix of industrial architecture and modern design gives it such a creative and energetic vibe. There's an amazing variety of food options, from authentic Asian noodles and tacos to gourmet ice cream and coffee. You can easily spend hours here just eating your way through the different vendors. I loved how spacious and clean everything was, and there's plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors, which makes it great for all seasons. What really stood out to me was the sense of community. There are local artists, pop-up shops, cultural events, and live music happening regularly. Every time I visit, there's something new to discover. It feels like a perfect blend of innovation, culture, and comfort. Also, it's super family-friendly and dog-friendly, which is a huge plus. You can shop, eat, relax, and enjoy some fresh air all in one place. Whether you're a local or visiting from out of town, Industry City is absolutely worth the trip. A true hidden gem in Brooklyn that keeps getting better!
Just experienced Industry City for the first time, and wow! The concept of converting those five warehouses into a vibrant hub of shops and restaurants is fantastic. Even on a busy Saturday, the energy was infectious, with people happily eating, drinking, and enjoying the outdoor spaces with their kids. You could easily spend an entire day here exploring all the food, shopping, and activities. I especially loved the little Japanese village area and store - the ramen looked incredible, though I was too full to try it this time. Definitely deserves another visit, and I'll be sure to bring friends and family next time. There really is something for everyone here!
Fun day trip to Industry City April 28/2025 Beautiful weather can be enjoyed in the courtyards with seating for dining and relaxing. There's a kids play area and even a fire pit. Great shopping. Today hit the West Elm Outlet where mark down prices have additional savings between 20 to 60% off. Some products are new in box. Definitely worth the trip. Weekdays are quieter than the weekends. Table 87 pizza is one of the best slices in Brooklyn and you can get it here. Lots of restaurants to choose from and a food hall and cocktail and beer stops. Lots more check out their website.
Industry City is a cross between a mall and an amusement park. There is so much to do! Between restaurants and food courts, bars, mini park areas, art, random events, and a plethora of shops, it will take more than a single day to fully explore. I particularly enjoyed Japan Village. When I was there they had a full on Sumo tournament with about 20 contestants, and several related kiosks set up around a stage outdoors near the Japanese food court. The industrial buildings converted into shops and stores gives the whole place a very interesting and unique vibe. They did a great job of making it look nice, and decorating it with artistic sculptures and murals, and adding various landscaping. My friends and I will certainly make the trip to thoroughly adventure around this place soon!
As a lifelong New Yorker, I recently had my first visit to Industry City, and it was absolutely awesome! The variety of food choices available was incredible, showcasing a fantastic range of cuisines that made it hard to choose just one. To top it off, the drinks were even better--there's something for everyone! The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy with friends or family. I can't wait to return and explore more of what Industry City has to offer! Highly recommend it!
This place is a hidden gem! I didn't know the place until last week a friend of mine who was born and raised in Brooklyn and he told me that he know eh no a place that not many tourists know and wow this place is amazing I could imagine how crowded would be this in the summers, they have amazing furniture for sale, it has its own Japan town for Japanese food, dessert, matcha and cute things, it has an amazing terrace between two buildings. I'd definitely visit it again n this summer
Japan Village at Industry City is a hidden gem in Brooklyn! From the moment you walk in, you're transported straight to Japan. The food hall has a great variety of authentic Japanese dishes--whether you're craving ramen, sushi, or fresh mochi, there's something for everyone. The market is super well-stocked with Japanese snacks, groceries, and even cute gifts and home goods. The atmosphere is lively, clean, and welcoming. It's the perfect place to eat, shop, and explore. A must-visit spot if you're in NYC!
Pretty good Japanese food court and supermarket, reminiscent of mitsuwa marketplace in Edgewater New Jersey. The location can't be beat since it's easily accessible to most New Yorkers by car or by Subway. On a nice weekend day, it's worth spending a few hours in this area, and explore the neighboring shops and complexes.
