I have now been working with Graham from Lookit Design for two years. The website product they produced took our site to another level. For someone who does not have the computer/website lexicon or skills, Graham really helped me through thinking about the many different decisions of what we wanted out of the website beyond just the content before its creation. He has continued to check in and also give some tutorials so I can update general information easily on my own. I appreciated that when we were having issues on our end with our Instagram account that was embedded into our website, he contacted us right away for a fix and not allowing our site to look unfinished. Very happy with the services and product!

I worked with them for over two years to build and optimize my site. Everything started out good, but they lost interest very fast. They had my credit card on file and charged amounts 2 to 3 times more than we agreed on. I also received notices from Google that my account hadn't been opened in many months. I started logging into word press and found they didn't log in there either. Being a small company I tried to give the business to another small company. Even drove into Brooklyn to meet with them, and they still took advantage. This is not a rant because of one situation, it;s a long overdue post to warn others to stay clear. I also fault myself for not checking on them often enough.

Graham deserves a lifetime contract working with Quantico or the Pentagon. His skills and generosity are simply unparalleled!
