Horrible! Been battling with this company for days now (since 1/31/25). Haven't seen payment for our on line sales in 4 days. Tried shutting off on line orders till fixed, and unable to turn off- orders keep rolling in and we aren't getting paid. Orders that do come in are riddled with errors- we ended up calling each customer back to verify/ correct errors on the order tickets, prior to them getting there orders. In process of canceling " service" now and seeking legal recourse for money we haven't recieved.

I want to thank you for the amazing job you have done in setting up our Orders2.me account! We were previously with one of your competitors and it took them months to get us online and we still continued to have problems with their system on a daily basis. I started looking around, because we were losing so much money on not being able to process online orders; that I was becoming quite desperate! Please keep in mind, at this point I was quite reserved by ANY promises that this kind of service was offering based on my past experience with your competitor. Your team contacted me right away and when I explained the horror show I just came from; you were very understanding. My expectations were super high after our conversation and you did not disappoint! Once we signed with your company; you were very knowledgeable, kind and very, very professional and helpful! You also have the very best online menu functionality we have ever experienced and we have been in business over 12 years! I LOVEd this company until I spent a couple of THOUSAND dollars for mobile apps to be developed... One app stopped being published in 2023, and at LEAST since November of 2023.. and after countless emails and calls, all I get is "we're looking into it". We're going on 6 months that this has been an issue. If you lke waiting for MONTHS for support - this is the company for you!

The very best! Great support, great system, great people. We implemented their system in no time. We also had a complicated catering ordering system and after using the platform for 18 months for online ordering of our regular menu we reached out and asked any chance we can implement the catering ordering system on your platform? It was not simple but their staff worked hard to get the system to do what we needed. Amazing value!

I am the IT Director for Kickback Jack's, a local Sports Themed Restaurant Company in North Carolina and Virginia ( coming soon to Tennessee). We have 18 locations that we have rolled out Orders2me with GREAT success. We use Micros RES platform and O2me has interfaced so very efficiently within our operation. User friendly for our guests and Customer Service ranks among the best I have experienced with other tech companies. I would highly recommend O2me as a online ordering solution. A five star rating doesn't do justice to the service provided by Orders2.me. They have absolutely made the transition to online ordering as seamless as possible. My restaurant has been working with orders2me for the past year. They created an app and website for my restaurant. Everything from implementation to customer support has been fantastic. Due to Covid-19 we have to close our dining room and focus on takeout/Delivery. We were prepared for this since we have our online ordering system in place and orders2me helped us with marketing materials to get more people to use our online ordering system.

Using Order2me at Hartsdale House of Pizza for over 1 year , they are very professiona, l responsive , integration with my Adello had some glitches in the beginning which is expected but worked everything out , any issues the take care of it quickly.
