My overall experience with Buffalo IT Services has been exceptionally positive. Evan, John, and the staff have assisted efficiently in any IT problems that I have come across since working with them starting in 2019. They have provided remote IT services and hands-on IT services within 5 to 60 minutes of calling them with any problem. They have also walked me through multiple steps to ensure that I had the right tools to prevent any further issues after addressing and coming to a solution with what I had called them for. Not just for me, but for my staff. My overall experience has always been pleasant, and everyone knows the team has a great sense of humor to alleviate the stress of technology. At the end of the day, the staff has even called to make sure there were no more technical difficulties, and that everything went smoothly. I have referred Buffalo IT Services to several family and friends outside of my working network. If you're looking for someone to call for advice to identify and implement efficient solutions to make your day-to-day ability smooth and eliminate any challenges or problems, give them a call. They are fantastic and very liable!!! Our company has been using them for years! They always come out right away or will remote in at that time and do everything they can do to fix the problem! There always available- I never have to leave a message and wait for a call back! There always available which is great when you have a issue and need to fixed asap when your running a busy office! Logan is my the main tech I communicate with and he is amazing!!! Very liable, professional and he is great at his job! Anytime I reach out to him and goes over and beyond! Definitely give them 5+ stars!!!
