Our company, Insurance Associates Marketplace in Kenmore had old provider did good job for phones However, they couldn't accommodate our digital storage needs which is really important to us. Basically, a call recording longer than 5 minutes lasted only 45 days. We went to Al. Changing to NTG's system and app has been much better.

We are a group of churches with 18 phones over three sites and sometimes need to change phones from site to site as offices are rearranged.
