Amazing is all I can say. Brought my PC in for a complete rebuild. Jimmy helped me every step of the way. We had problems with fitting due to manufacturer placement. We got it resolved. Everyone else there is super nice. They offer a lot of services. Timing and communication also great. They sure can be trusted. Thanks again Pete.

Straight up scam, brought my computer here a while ago with a graphics card that wouldn't update drivers and crashed constantly. Paid $100 and got told there was nothing wrong with my computer. I even brought another graphics card in for them t install and they didnt even bother after being told they would even though its a 3 minute job and the box came back looking like they played rugby with it. Had to refund via debit card company, and then they tried to recharge my card which is fraud and I had to cancel and get it disputed again. Horrible business

Great experience. They were knowledgeable, honest, and responsive. I was so grateful they were able to recover my files from a damaged hard drive. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Beacon.

Estimate was on the money they found an additional break which was an additional $50. But not a problem I anticipated it. I gave them a coupon from local paper and they accepted it for labor. Reduced bill to about the original estimate. Any way you cut it my laptop opens and closes just fine. I would use them again and have already recommended them.

Very poor communication and customer service. They are extremely overpriced and I'd go as far as saying they are a rip off. When I picked up my computer from them my internet usb adapters antenna was broken. I've had a much better experience at Zombie computers. I would save the time, money, and stress and go there. The customer service is much better and the prices are very reasonable.

Fair pricing, excellent service, family owned and operated. What more could you want? We'll absolutely be working with Beacon Computers again!
