Advanced hosted services has been the best thing we have done for our phone system in years. We have 3 locations and at home sales staff. They were able to stream line everything and give us the flexibility we were so desperate for. The staff is fast at responding and know what they are doing. My phones were installed today and within 15 minutues of orienation we were adapt at using our new phones; that is how easy these phones are. The transition was smooth with no interuption of service. The Yealink phones came with many features, some of which we would never have thought of. Therefore I will give this a 5 Star Rating!
