The staff here are very helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend them as a UPS, Fed Ex and USPS drop location. They also offer notary services.

Everyone is super friendly, kind, courteous and most importantly on top of the way they run their business in the most professional manner! I started off with a virtual mailbox (bad decision) and didn't have a good experience with that service called AnyTime Mail. After coming in to ShipNYC with my concerns, they immediately walked me down the process on payment plans which are super affordable for the year and I added in the extra service fee (which is awesome in my opinion) where they even take photos of the packages/mail that arrive in real time. How cool is that you can have your mind at ease knowing everything is safe and sound! Can't say how safe I feel knowing I can trust everyone who works there with my mail and shipments. Today I had the pleasure of getting assistance on a 60lb dresser furniture that needed to be shipped to my house as my family has a sedan and couldn't fit it. So helpful on that process and everyone goes above and beyond to make a pleasant/ seamless experience! Very clean, friendly staff and great prices. It's great to have a one stop shop of all of my shipping needs. They also do Amazon drop off and have mailboxes which is super convenient.

Owners and employees are super friendly, helpful and so efficient. I am so happy I found them. They do it all, printing plus ship with most carriers and also holiday cards and clothing graphics. The best part is you're honoring Veterans! It's a no brainer.

I printed a 36"x56" scientific research poster here for a conference and the quality was fantastic! I have microscopy images of cells that came out in full color without pixelation. The turnaround time was also outstanding. The owner was super communicative from the time I inquired about pricing. They let me know an estimated print time and also notified me for pickup. I ended up winning an award with the poster, so one might even say this place is good luck :) I will definitely be returning because they print fabric posters too!

I came in today to return an Amazon return, the process went very smooth, they even printed the label out for me because my printer wasn't working. I saw they were selling custom holiday shirts as well and purchased two of these adorable onesies for my little ones with matching shirt for my husband and I, I couldn't be happier with the customer service I received and will definitely be going back!
