When we had to quickly set up our dental practice on short notice Computero came in, set-up, and got us rocking and rolling in short order. I was stunned by their customer service, ease of communication, and patience in explaining technical IT terms to my staff and I. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for an IT team for their small business.

They keep our office network functioning and help us with everything that we need computer-related from network installation to troubleshooting issues to getting the right equipment. I had software issues with my laptop for the past 12 months and had no luck getting them resolved through Microsoft, Mike from Computero solved it all with one phone call. Would highly recommend Computero for any of your IT requirements.

I had left a previous review about 6 years ago. But I wanted to write an update. Frequently once you are considered a "customer" a vendors level of service drops off, you get taken for granted, etc. In Computero's case, it is quite the opposite. As they have built their team over the years, they have actually gotten better and better. Of all the many vendors we use, Computero is among the elite and most trusted. When something does go wrong (as IT stuff does do on occasion) they truly do rise to the occasion. Day, night, weekends, they are always there to solve an issue, or give great guidance. No matter what, the Computero team makes our team at Balkan feel like a valued and important customer. Five stars for the Computero guys once again!

Came here a while back to get my laptop hinge fixed. Cost $200 and the replacement hinge broke after about 2 weeks. Also, they didn't replace all the screws in the laptop keyboard so it was loose after they "fixed it". The place was an absolute mess when I first went there, with computer parts all over the place so it's no wonder they lost screws for my laptop. Partly my fault for not turning away right then and there. Anyway, went back again to show them their great craftsmanship and they wanted to charge me full price to repair the laptop hinge and keyboard again. UNBELIEVABLE! Don't waste your time on this place, go somewhere else. There's hundreds of computer repair stores in this entire city, don't waste your money on these guys.

I didn't wind up needing (or rather wanting) to take my computer in for diagnostics and repair but that's on me. The gentlemen I spoke with over the phone was patient and helpful beyond my expectations (Lenny?) and were I ever to have my computer serviced within the region this would be without hesitation my 1st choice.

Computero has been a trusted and valued vendor of mine for a few years now. They are always available, prompt, and on-the-money with diagnosing problems and presenting solutions and upgrades. Dealing with an owner-operator who is also a local businessman has big advantages.

Completely exceeding any expectations. Contacted Computero after my laptop stopped functioning- they responded immediately, were knowledgeable over the phone, took my laptop in right away, fixed and even figured out how to make it better than it was. Thanks for saving my sanity during quarantine!
