Lenroy was so amazing. Not only he is a very knowledgeable professional but he is also a very good teacher. He explained everything in great detail and had solutions for every issue. He is friendly demeanor is also a big plus.

Great work flow. Came here because customer service line cannot resolve my eSIM issue over the phone. Upon arrival, I was placed on the phone with customer service again to get transferred around. Long story short, I drove here to use their phone to speak with a customer service. 1 star for having a roof for the telephone on site. Good job Astound.

Lenroy was Awesome! What a friendly technician. He came with a big smile and spread joy throughout my house hold while drilling hole and laying out cable through-out our apartment. He explained the process and asked where we wanted the router to be then He worked his magic. Oh! He even took off his shoes while inside our apartment. That was SUPER RESPECTFUL OF HIM. LENROY's work was neat, elegant and professional.

RCN informed me today that in order to keep VOD (Video On Demand), a service I have had for years with RCN as part of my bundled services package, I must upgrade to their newest cable box and pay $30 extra per month. They are phasing out direct cable TV connections to change to wireless connection. So, in order to have access to a service feature that once was part of my complete bundled services, I must now add $30 a month to an already exorbitant monthly bundled services package. That will not happen. I am canceling RCN after nearly 15 years of subscription. The "customer care" rep seemed uninterested and unsympathetic. Her attitude was "take it or leave it." OK, Louise, I'm leaving it (RCN). Adios.

Carrington just left. He was completely knowledgeable. He and was able to troubleshoot and fix my internet connection, and helped set me up to upgrade to a wireless setup for my service as a second step. Thanks all around for speedy and excellent customer service.
