First of all, Al the man working the shop is an absolute pleasure. I had a whole conversation with the man during my laptop repair. He is extremely genuine and you get what you paid for. This will definitely be a my go to repair shop in the future!

Albert is an expert in all things IT. He tells you what you need and makes sure you get the most affordable but quality service and guidance. I always come to him for any IT related repairs!

Al is very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. He has helped numerous times with my sons gaming laptop. Al also helped him build a computer because it wasn't as easy as my son thought it would be. He told us to return parts that were too expensive or things that were not even necessary. He's really a genius and a great guy.

Al is amazing. Al is extremely liable, honest and very helpful and friendly. I have actually known Al personally for 50 years. Al has helped me with many things over the years. Al is very much honest, for he will tell you whether he can or cannot repair your item[s] and he will also will tell you whether your item is worth spending money for the repair[s]. Or you should buy a new one.

Came into the shop with trouble getting a screw out of my laptop to insert more RAM. I did a number on it myself and it was pretty jammed and stripped. He tried to get it out manually with a screw driver and other tools. Ultimately it had to be drilled. He got it out and helped me insert the RAM and ensured it was read correctly. I tried to pay him for the work which took more than 20 minutes but he declined payment with a smile. Highly recommend this place. The man behind the counter is A+.

Honestly, I wish I could give this business 0 star rating, and here's why. First of all, the owner of Data Incorporated is dishonest and delusional. I had a burnt screen and LCD that needed to be repaired. He charged me $180 to fix it. I went to another local business (after) and it was $75 for both at Hofstra. The owner of Data Incorporated said that was the best deal you'd ever get, which he obviously was a false statement. Although he lied, always do your research on what you're about to buy or invest in. The one at Hofstra is amazing, they'll fix it quickly and it's very cheap. Second of all, here, THEY ACTUALLY BROKE MY PHONE WHILE 'fixing' IT! Like I said earlier, I did have a burnt screen due to a fire. However, I payed him to fix my phone screen COMPLETELY. He fixed the fire damage but left me with a messed up LCD which has black lines coming across the screen now. He didn't mention that before I payed him. When I went back to speak to him about it, he claimed he didn't do it. I just want to let the pathetic number of customers he actually gets to know not to come here. He's dishonest, and will give you a higher price than usual. I recommend Dr. Multi-Tech located at Hofstra University near the library. And no, before the delusional old man accuses me of being the owner of that business at Hofstra, I don't quite reach the age requirements to own a business at the moment. And to the owner, I know you're reading this because you don't have any business and clearly no wife, so clean up the store and be more honest next time.

My laptop had a lot of issues was told it will be as good as new in a few hours and that's exactly what happened it works like it was right out of the box. Highly recommended
