Eblast has been a saving grace for me over the past few years! The team is very friendly and always a pleasure to speak to. Their assistance in getting the right message to different groups of our prospects has been huge, and helping with design and coding has been the cherry on top! We don't have to do much. The most important thing about my business is that people show up. Thanks to Eblast, our brand stays in front of vendors, sponsors, and guests all year long, and for less cost than the other marketing we do as well. Our festival attracts a ton of foot traffic and using text ins and QR code signage has been extremely helpful in capturing the family and friends of the ticket purchasers. I highly recommend working closely with your Account Executive to see what they think about what you want to do before you do it. It's rare to find a company that actually cares about your business!

Eblast does a great job for my company. They quickly respond to any questions or problems. My customers love dealing with our texting service through Eblast. I strongly recommend using them.

The only issue is that I should have contacted them sooner but that's my own fault. As a small business owner, it's easy to get caught up in your immediate area or "Bubble" and not venture out to expand. Eblast not only helped to reach more customers & increased sales but also saved my company (myself) time & aggravation so I can spend more time improving my trade and meeting with customers/clients. .

Can't say enough positive things about my experiences with eblast! I started with them when I opened my new office about 6y ago.... they helped me with every aspect of contacting clients, create gorgeous customized eblasts, but also helped to redo our logo, website AND alllllll marketing materials!!! My staff love working with them they are prompt and really helpful. I would give 10 stars if I could!!!!
