I am very disappointed with the service I have received from Linkeo. I have been with you for more than 5 years and I continued with you after the bad situation that happened with the pandemic, and we have not stopped paying our monthly fee, until today that after an agreement of several months without leaving to pay our monthly payment, I received a call today, from collection without being able to operate because our website is down, it is incredible that you as a company do not know what is happening, it seems that nobody is on the same page as our account, call to verify what is happening and what they tell me is that our account is under investigation for non-payment for over 10 months and even our website is unable to operate, I am definitely considering leaving your company and looking for another company that can offer me security and that they know what they are doing.

I am very disappointed in the service I've received from Linkeo. So much that I inquired about canceling service less than a year into my contract for failure to provide services they promised. My new issue is much worse. Sometime last year I had a credit card canceled due to fraud which caused my Linkeo charge to be declined. Within 2 days I was contacted and the issue was resolved. I recently (Nov 4th) received an email from a representative who said my account hasn't been paid for 9 (yes, NINE) months and I had x amount of days to pay. There was no explanation as to why it took 9 months for them to realize this. I explained I could not come up with all the money at once but can make try to make payment arrangements. Two weeks later another email was sent and even though I offered to pay 50% now and 50% in a month they went ahead and took down my website. Are you serious? First they make all these false promises to get you to sign the contract, don't follow through on the promises and impose a 2k early contract cancelation fee. So disappointing.

Horrible experience with Linkeo; I reached out to their salesman Justin Reeves because I was looking into having a website made for my business. He gave me a fair price for the website, but he kept trying to sell me on expensive monthly "web optimization" services for the site after its completion. I explained I only wanted the website, and seemingly that was the case until after it was done and they started billing me 200+ dollars every month. Turns out they added it to the contract they had me sign for the website development and now they are trying to send me to collections because I refuse to give them 7,200$ over the course of 36 months for a fake service you scammed me into. LINKEO IS A SCAM 100%, they are not even located in the united states and don't care about hardworking people trying to grow their business.

Linkeo is a well established website and SEO company that has helped build my website from scratch and has kept me on the map consistently for my business. Thanks to all!
