I travel quite often and rent out SIM cards or phones from multiple places, but let me tell you something, the service that this place offers is one of a kind that I don't think anyone can beat, the texts get answered momentarily, always a positive answer on anything that might come up, and they are on top of everything. In the past when I rented from other places I always happen to bumped into some issues for whatever reason, but now I was away for 2 weeks between multiple countries and everything was top notch... Would really recommend this place and plan on returning god willing in the future for more business.

We were going on a trip to Israel and Unlimited Israel helped us get our sim cards for our phones without having to wait. Excellent phone service, excellent customer service, good price. Service in Israel was amazing, clear simple and everything worked without any issues. I recommend that you use them the next time you travel and I have been recommending them to our friends.

Customer Service is top-notch!! Nesanel is always super fast to respond to emails. Pricing is great! He sent a couple of extra phones with us just in case one of the students didn't get their phone unlocked. He always goes above and beyond! I am a customer for life! We will definitely use Unlimited Israel again next year and will recommend them to everyone!!

I recently rented a phone for a short trip to Israel. The phone screen did not respond to touch from day one and kept auto dialing and auto typing whenever i tried to call, text or go online. I was afraid to try to use it because it would self dial my latest call to US in the middle of the night and I was unable to end the call because the 'end' button was not working. it was a disaster. when i reached out to them with my issue, this was part of the response i got. "After all, let's remember the phone you have ordered is outdated." (I guess its my fault bec I did not request the latest model phone) So beware, they supply damaged phones to those who don't request the most expensive phone / plan. Good luck!

Great experience overall. Equipment came fast, price was very reasonable, and performed EXTREMELY well in Israel. On our return, I neglected to return all the cords & adapters, and incurred an unexpected charge. When I called, however, Ita did an awesome job talking me through what I needed to return for a full refund. Very professional, very efficient. TOP MARKS!

Efficient, pleasant & reasonably priced. Above all terrific customer service. Many businesses can offer a service, what differentiates a GREAT business from an OK business is how they deal with a customer service issue, Unlimited Israel passed with flying colors. We had a connectivity problem while in Israel, Unlimited Israel went out of their way to resolve quickly. First with a phone call & then within an hour a courier arrived at our apartment in Jerusalem to resolve. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This was the most amazing experience! A friend recommended I give them a call to arrange for cell and data service for my trip! I'm glad I did! Spoke with a representative named Ita on the phone, who was extremely professional and courteous! She was able to help me figure out all of my needs and was extremely patient with my seemingly silly questions! Their pricing is also incredible! I will update the post when I get back from my trip to let you know how it went but if it's anything like my experience so far I know it will be amazing! My phone worked all over Israel no dropped calls or bad data reception. Was a pleasurable experience having my data work everywhere I traveled, including far up north, dead sea, Jerusalem, tel-aviv.....to name a few.....10 out of 10 experience!!

When I went to pick up the SIM card Unlimited Israel took the time to explain to me how to insert the temporary SIM card once I got to Israel. During my 10 day stay service was great without any hiccups. I also felt the pricing was fair. I would use them again and recommend their services to family and friends.
