Marcos Espinosa, {president) MCE Tech Solutions, Inc. is a real IT specialist and I would highly recommend him if your want the job done right! Incredibly knowledgeable and professional but also very important was his ability to interact with myself in a polite, down to earth manner. He went over allot of information verbally showing me as we went along. Since I am a very visual learner, he readily showed me several times. Always very patient but never condescending. The task included setting up my new Dell computer, installing software, installing back up programs, and installing security programs. Then we began transferring all the data from my old computer. Most of the data had to be sorted and put into files. He demonstrated how to do this since the data in the old hard drive would need to be straightened out. He had special equipment so that the old hard drive, once removed, could be put into a docking device in order to transfer data. What I'm saying is, he came prepared! I asked allot of questions: how do I back up my cell phone; how do I transfer data on flash drives; how to I know if my back up system is running; what do I do if power goes out since I have back up programs running in the background; in that case how do I reboot and there were just allot of 'out of the box' inquiries on my part. He went ahead and took me through all of the answers and procedures to my questions. We all get incredibly nervous especially where transferring pictures is concerned. He is the best at helping you restore confidence that all will be well and it was. In these days of inflation, his fee is in keeping with the hours he put in with me and the tasks that needed to be done. He came two days (once on a Sunday- his choosing!) spending around 6 or 7 hours on this project.
