After dealing with another "marketing company" and expressing my downfalls with the last company. I was assured that they don't do that. Talked about live calling transfer, not establishing leads outside the specified boundary area, etc. Assured me that bad leads could be returned and replaced etc. So I invested and bought it. Two months I allowed this company do nothing but create extra work for me. I would get leads with all info I needed including credit information for financing. I believe the average credit score of EVERY LEAD was around 500-515. All of them previously denied from multiple dealerships within the last month. No cosigner, no money down, just a complete waist of time. The rest of the leads they sent would never respond to all forms of contact (text, email, phone, etc.)...... ever, so after 0 days I would reject and send those back under the reason of wrong number (makes sense, if I can't even get in contact with them right after I receive all theirs information. So I called and tried to get a conversation to see what we could do to make this better. I asked questions like, how are you generating the leads to get their information so when I call them I'm on the same page you are that obtained all that garbage information. Was assured they were going to contact me back and discuss a battle plan..... never happened. After that I noticed they started resending me old leads that I rejected, having me to go back through old files just to figure out why I rejected them in the first place (again, more work for me). All in all, of the over 36 leads they provided, not one of them was turned into a car sale. Not one of them was able to even come close to purchasing a vehicle. When I finally had enough cause my point of contact (Russ) was no longer answering (really never answered) any of the calls and text I was sending to his established "burner google number" I googled them and contacted the number they had listed and get...... RUSS on the phone, saying that he was going to discuss it with management and get back to me. That was two days ago and still no response, so I opened their CRM lead generation program online to see if they addressed anything there and noticed I have been locked out and can no longer access. This company is full of lies, can not produce anything quality, and I will be calling the bank and asking for a refund based on the contract agreement they provided and could not satisfy.

Love working with AutoFriend. They deliver on their promises and their customer service is great. Jordan has been a big help since day 1. We buy used car leads in bulk every month and never have any issues from call to close. If you're looking for auto sales leads then call these guys.

We used Auto Friends for 2.5 months from June 1 through August 14th. Our dealership sells near 200 cars per month on average. Our BDC team of 5 individuals is the top of our corporation. Year to date (starting January 1st) has an appointment set rate of 29.8% and a show percentage of 58.7%. Our INTERNET closing % is 13.7% for the year and phone is 21.79%. I gave those stats to say this. We bought 252 leads from them in two and a half months and we were ONLY able to get ONE appointment in the door. In May, we spoke to Russ and we have him recorded saying, "If it does not work, I will give you your money back." Well, when I complained during the process and asked them for help, we were given more leads. All of those were bogus as well. We were told, "the live transfers are the key to success with our company". Do not believe this. 92% of the LIVE transfers HUNG UP ON US as soon as Auto Friends got off the phone. We spent $5700 on leads and only got ONE appointment in the door. If the leads were real, we should at least perform to our averages. But ZERO sales and only 23 appointment sets and ONLY ONE show with NO purchase. The attached pics are of our CRM. It shows 3 appointment shows, but we were already working those leads BEFORE we got them from Auto Friends as they were shopping our website. I have been able to warn our entire corporate network about this company and they have all in turn notified their contacts, wholesalers and used dealerships that buy from them. I am still waiting on Russ to make his promise good and give us some of our money back.

I would not recommend this company for any dealership. After asking Russ 3-4 times to give me 45 days to give current lead source one last chance he was very disrespectful on the phone and said "do me a favor, never fill out another form" then hung up. I was impressed with them up to then, If this is the level of disrespect that you give to a company that you are asking to spend money with you, I am glad I will never do buisness with you. Spend your money with someone else!!

Russ does a great job keeping in contact and reaching out about leads. He is always on call when I have a question. We have been having good returns on our investment with Autofriend.

Customer service is second to none! Called me religiously to check every lead and credited where credit was due. Would definitely recommend this company for secondary leads. Jordan was the best!!
