Northland did a great job with our Fiber Solution. Upload speed is very important to us as we rely on the cloud for so much. Northland is able to give us constant speeds both up and down and enable us to keep our business growing. They are very professional and have very skilled and friendly techs. We needed to do a complete technology infrastructure upgrade including business telecommunications, data backbone and a new data center. Northland partnered with use through the entire process. They brought system engineering, hardware/software installation, project management and training expertise to the project which came in under budget and ahead of schedule. Since project completion, everything has just worked (unlike the situation that existed before). Their after go-live support has been excellent. I look at their team as an extension of our IT Department. A great corporate partner and one that I'm looking forward to working with on future projects.

We've been a Northland customer for about two years and couldn't be happier. We purchased Northland's Business Simple product which provides phone and internet service across their impressive fiber network. Prior to switching, we had trouble particularly toward the end of the day, when our internet connection became slow. As a digital marketing agency, we use a lot of bandwidth intensive applications. Slow or no connection means that we can't use the tools of our trade and productivity tanks. Since making the change, we've had great connectivity all day long - no more frustrating wasted time or missed deadlines. The fact that Northland is local was an important part of our decision to switch. It's seldom that I attend a business event or read about a community or charity event that I don't run into or hear about at least one Northland employee. These folks care and you'll get to know them personally. They're your neighbor. Here's an example, that clearly demonstrates how far Northland goes to service their customers. One time, I submitted a trouble ticket. Within 10 minutes, I received a call from Jim - Northland's President - to let me know they were looking into the issue. It turned out that the problem was our fault; but the fact that Northland reacted so quickly and I was able to talk with someone I knew made all the difference. And despite the issue being our fault, they walked us through the troubling shooting process and recommended a solution. Great service!
