Flavio and team provide excellent high-quality service and craftsmanship, solving challenging problems with creative and long-lasting solutions. I first hired Flavio to fix some dry rot in a 3rd story windowsill at my 150+ year old house. The work was done quickly, with exceptional attention to detail, and in a way to last years to come. I was so impressed and happy with the completed work that I then hired him and his team to find and fix all instances of dry rot in the exterior of this large historic home, to fix a broken historic window (which took some creative problem solving), rebuild a damaged custom exterior railing, and then seal and paint the entire home exterior. I couldn't be happier with his work and all these completed projects. The attention to detail and quality of work surpassed that of other highly-recommended contractors I've used in the past. Flavio and team are my go-to for all contracting needs now!

Fabio & his workers did an Outstanding Job repairing & replacing our stairway banister which was completely torn away. They also completely replaced all the spindles on the staircase some of which were also damaged. He also completely refurbished our Window/ screen storm front door. The door had badly aged and Fabio brought it back to looking and working like a New Door! Overall, we were very satisfied with his meticulous & clean work!
