Tech Savvy

I had previously purchased 2 computers and a printer from Tech Savvy. They installed the computers and transferred all my data from my old computer to the new ones. I am so impressed with the quality and service that i just bought a third computer for my home from them and they installed the 3rd computer today and was able to tie all 3 computers together with my data, and I am also able to print any data from any computer to either one of my 2 printers (business or home). They answered all my questions and were very professional, and made sure that everything was working before they left! Thank You so much for a Job Well Done!

Reminds me slightly of the old Micro Xperts on Walden Ave or Black Cat on Ridge Lea. Except less warehouse-like. More like retail outlet. I called and spoke with a tech looking for a load balancing WAN Aggregator to combine 2 internet connections, 8 gb x 8gb Fiber, 1gb Spectrum and our failsafe Verizon 5G - sure They have em on Amazon for decent prices. And one day Shipping (always ends up being 2 to 3 days) They have the exact same 6 port (4 selectable lan/wan) with load balancing either managed via hardware or software. He had a few different ones in stock and they COST LESS than Amazon and I had it in hand in under 45 mins. Spent some time @ their Seneca St location asking about hardware availability and everything i asked about was in stock and at Amazon prices. Intel Retail box CPUs, Nvidia high end GPUs and more - Nic cards, 1U servers, server racks and UPSs, they have it. Even Network Video Recorder camera systems from 2 to 128 cameras - POE add ons and power injectors and modems routers and Wifi and Mesh systems. Printers, Ram, cables etc. All IN STOCK and cheaper than best buy and comparable to Amazon prices. 5 stars without question

This review has been a long time coming! I had my computer built to my specific needs about 2 years ago and have been so happy with it since that time. Literally no complaints, it runs amazing and gives me everything I need. I have had no problems or no defects of any kind. Even if I did, I know they would help me out and fix it. I would definitely recommend them to a friend or any one else that needs a build and will definitely go back for any future needs! <3

Been waiting for a technician for almost 24 hours now. Have called 5 times and no one knows what's going on. Technician was supposed to be here yesterday 5-8pm.. cancelled last minute and no one told me. Got an email saying they would be here 8am-12pm today.. it's 3:30 and still hasn't showed up. Called the company multiple times and they keep telling me to "be patient". Bullshit company. Had I known it was through cogeco I wouldn't have ordered it.

Spoke to Sandra who did what she could to help out happy with their service only 4 stars as I am noticing other company's offering the same or better for less.

Highly recommend Tech Savvy. They have an amazing team. We needed a computer setup for a new hire and Marty was installing at our office a day later after I sent panic email requesting help. Thank you for the quick response. If you need help definitely call them!!

Absolute best people. We started a wedding venue and this company has gone above and beyond to get us up and running with the most state of the art equipment. They are there immediately with answers to any questions and you couldn't ask for a better group to interact with. 10 stars

Tech Savvy installed whole home Wifi and indoor/outdoor surround sound throughout our home. The techs were professional, knowledgeable and had great people-skills. Customer service is top-notch! Would highly recommend Tech Savvy to anyone!
