I worked with them but didn't realize how much of a tedious rollercoaster it would be. In the process of creating the site, they continuously asked for payment despite not entirely delivering the content we requested. We took the site the way it was, whose design in and of itself was decent and initially was functional; hence earning the 2 stars. However, within a few months, our site was attacked by malware, which entered due to one of the plugins installed. We cleaned up that issue and the site worked for a little until once again, issues arose. This isn't Perfect Venture's fault, but it was a red flag in retrospect that their plugins enabled a malware attack. Then, there were compatibility issues between the updated theme and theme builder and thus, the site would be a simple white page and even when rolling back the versions for both, the loading times for the site was anywhere between 10-30 seconds. Once again, this isn't entirely Perfect Ventures fault since they just gave the site as told. However, the theme builder was a paid service and we did not have to the ThemeForest Dashboard to actually update the plugin. At the minimum, we expect to get those login credentials so we could actually commence the upgrade, but the issue was that Perfect Ventures did not even provide that. During this process, I tried getting to the developers and explaining to them the root causes, encouraging them to test it in their own environment, but they wouldn't do so. As developers, yes, you're not responsible for maintaining a past client's entire site. However, if you don't have even the courtesy to simply give the resources (in our case, the credentials for the theme updates our website needed to run) that a client PAID for, which wouldn't take more than 5 minutes, it's extremely unprofessional and dishonest.

SCAM ALERT!!! Be very careful with this company avoid using them and specially the person name Rajeev Kumar. Do not make any payments until they deliver the final product. These guys will promise to make you a professional web site but in the end there will be no progress and they would not deliver what they agreed on. All you get is bunch of excuses and delays and later on when you ask them to issue refund they will stop answering your calls, texts and emails. They do not have a office like they mention on their google profile and their business is not registered. PERFECT VENTURES IT SOLUTIONS and the people work for them are bunch of Scam artist.
