Regus - Hamilton

Signed an agreement and within hours was asked to pay 3x more simply because we sell multiple products and may errantly receive mail in it's name from time to time. Asked to cancel (again within hours of signing, not even knowing what my mailing address was) out of goodwill (considering the DBA was in signed the application) and was given a cold response. Stay very, very far away from Regus as an organization, they have deceptive practices and are robotic in interactions.

Absolutely awful organization. They have renewed my lease without my consent and I have been stuck paying for an entire year without even using their services. They charged a credit card that was not active and sent me to a collection agency. I paid the collection agency and now, a month later, I am being told I still owe and am continuing to be charged late fees. Small business owners, stay as far away as possible. All they care about is stealing money from good hard-working people and trapping consumers in an endless cycle. To this day I am still being told I owe when they were paid in full. My suggestion is, if you currently do business with them, end it immediately before they ruin your credit and your peace of mind.

I stayed at this place 3 years ago. Keep in mind how long ago this was. It was only for a 3 month rental. Problems started immediately. I got an email after I signed the contract that said my lease was going to be extended. I never agreed to anything like that, whether oral or written. Eventually I got it sorted out. This company has been accused countless times of doing shady things like this; a quick Google search will easily prove this. I also gave them a $1000 security deposit, which to this day, 3 years later, still hasn't been returned to my bank account. That's right folks, if you want to kiss your security deposit goodbye then feel free to stay at this company. And again, there are complaints from people similar to mine about the deposit. I've emailed them, talked to them, and tweeted at them, all to no avail. At this point I've accepted that they won't give it back. I'm planning to save up for legal counsel, but it's hard to do in my situation. For any potential customers, I just pray that you'll do your research and see how heartless this company is. It's all about the money for them, and screwing people out of it any way they can.

Impossible to speak with somebody over the phoner or through emails. They do not respond. They keep charging for a service that we requested cancellation months ago and they confirmed it was cancelled. Stay away if you don't want to be robbed
