Uwharrie Vineyards & Winery

Uwharrie Vineyards & Winery is my favorite Vineyard! We drive from FL to stock up on our favorites every few months. The variety of wines available is amazing! Spring and Summer has the delicious wine slushes! The detail of this venue is perfect whether you are having a wedding or a small gathering of the girls on an afternoon. Be sure to stop by here for your next relaxing day- the staff members are phenomenal- Sarah and Crystal are my favorites! Peach, Blueberry and Reisling are my personal favorites!

Lori and Michelle were such wonderful people to work with throughout this process. Our wedding day was perfect, thanks to them! This venue is gorgeous and incredibly affordable.

I met a friend here tonight for the first time in YEARS...WOW at the changes they've made! It's gorgeous and very inviting whether you're looking for a romantic night or a place to catch up with friends. Anne waited on us and was so sweet. She helped us make great wine choices as we discussed our likes and dislikes. We also enjoyed our charcuterie board with our wines and the gourmet popcorn! Prices are very reasonable too! I was pleasantly surprised to see beer on the menu which is a big plus when going out with someone who prefers beer over wine!!! Anne told us about the live music on the 2nd & 4th Saturdays so we'll probably try that out in the future but we enjoyed the calmness of our evening tonight! While most vineyards close early in our area, they stayed open until 9pm on Saturday. Yay! This might just become our new favorite meeting place!!!!

We love this place! Extremely beautiful driving in and greeted so nicely by Crystal. If you read my other review about "another winery" in the area, not to mention names but it sounds like Morgan Ridge - this is what a southern winery should be! Can't wait to come back!

Every wine on our flights was great. I liked Riesling and the Noble Evening Pleasure the best. Jo liked the the Sauvignon Blanc. We got popcorn with our flights. They have live music every second and fourth Saturday. Place is spotless with awesome air conditioning on a summer day. Cell reception inside was low, they have guest wifi. Crystal, Geri and Sarah rock. Definitely worth a visit!

It's been a while since I was here last. They have done so many upgrades inside and out. Beautiful vineyard, outdoor space, inside was absolutely cute and comfy. The ladies there, Crystal, Sara and Gerri were the best, so welcoming and friendly with their Southern charm. The wine choices were very abundant, I was a fan of the dry less sweet, but my husband tried mescaline and other sweeter wines. They also have beer, slushies and NA choices. Charcuterie boards and snacks available. Event space, local music and food trucks on occasion. Check their Social Media for events.

Great flight options. There's something for everyone. From dry to sweet and everything in between plus fruit wine and wine slushies as well. Taste them all, then decide on a glass to enjoy on their beautiful grounds. They are open late on Friday and Saturday and they have a schedule for food trucks and live music. If you haven't been in awhile then you haven't been. They are under new ownership. We will definitely be back. Cheers!
