Home Gauge makes a great inspection app, but with the app you get the team of people that supports your business and aids in your success. They are happy to take your call and help you make your business, their business. I would not be as successful without their support and software. Thank you! Homeguage software for home inspectors is very easy to work with. Also the customer service is great. You get a real person that speaks english that you can understand. Would highly recommend using homegauge!!

I did not grow up with computers. Started inspection January of 1980. Pen and a blank paper. You can teach an old dog new tricks. I have needed support on occasion and it has been great. The software is powerful so I get lost sometimes as I use more features but they are always cherfully there to help. Very understanding and supportive. One of the most important features is the ability to get a signed agreement before I start the inspection.

I purchased Homegauge software a few months ago. I do not have strong or advanced computer skills. I did find that connecting to their software is easy. In learning to use it they have instructional videos you can access any time and repeat them as needed to learn. Calling their support team everyone is very knowledgeable fast and helpful. The service I have received from HomeGauge is nothing short of amazing. I started working with HomeGauge a week or 2 before Hurricane Milton. If you aren't aware they are in Asheville, North Carolina - almost ground zero. They didn't skip a beat and continued to work with there clients during the difficult weeks afterward. The WebTeam is very quick to handle requests. They are the BEST! It's critical when you rely on a website to operate and it is your billboard!!

Incredible software! As an inspector that has been in the industry for almost a decade, I'm very happy to have HomeGauge as my partner since day one. As our industry changes, HomeGauge adapts and meets the needs of its clients. The all inclusive platform allows me to send out contracts and invoices, schedule and bill clients, and anything else I need all from my own business portal, unlike the other guys where they hire everything out and sell your clients information. Also, HomeGauge does not spam and harass my clients after I perform their home inspection (see other guys.) How do I know this? I recently moved back to my area, and before doing so, had some insurance inspections performed on several investment properties by the company my agent suggested. It was the same story every time. Multiple follow-up emails offering unnecessary ancillary services and begging me for reviews from the other guys software company.
