I've been working with Integritive for years and have had a very positive experience. They are extremely responsive, thoughtful, and communicative. I've been working with Jeremiah for a long time and am really grateful because he is incredibly patient and professional working on some complicated projects. I've begun working with Brad recently and have had a great experience with him as well.

I have worked with Integritive Asheville for many years on website design, hosting, and support. Joy and her team are quick to respond to requests, answer questions promptly, and always deliver exceptional service.

This company is everything that is wrong with capitalism. Instead of employing American web designers who actually know how to code, they outsource everything to third world countries for pennies on the dollar. That web site "they" built you was actually built by someone in Asia for $200-$300 and they turn around and charge you $4,000-$8,000 for it. The quality is extremely subpar. They use pre-designed Wordpress templates that are readily available on the internet FOR FREE, then hire a guy named Pajeet from New Delhi to edit it. They probably make a 2,000%-4,000% return on every job they get. I have nothing but disdain for this sleezeball company.

Adaptive Vans had a clear mandate to make our user experience better and faster on our website. We turned to Integritive. Our filtering of available handicap accessible wheelchair vans were outdated and with bloated WordPress plugins, and with a less than ideal user experience. Enter Team Integritive... They carried out a very complex project with excellent communication and execution. This was a highly anticipated project within my company, so we wanted results and we got them, everybody is happy. Doug West and the team at Integritive were one of the best organizations that my team and I have ever worked with. The Integritive team did an excellent job upgrading and updating a site built by another firm that was not performing well, and the team's efforts paid off immediately with enhanced client engagement, increased traffic, and an upward trend in responses and leads.
