I can't say enough about Nic and Jasper at Nine Bar, whose work designing my website in 2017 was spectacular. They were professional, creative and patient with me during my many changes and adjustments, and made my vision come to life. The end result was just spectacular! I still get rave reviews from others, and I've happily stayed with them since then for regular site monitoring and maintenance.

We used Ninebar for a couple of print ads and for web design and I just can't recommend them enough. This team is patient, professional, responsive, and meticulous. Right from the beginning I noticed how they took their time with collecting information about our business and aesthetic preferences. We always had different options to choose during the process. If something I wanted didn't work, they came up with a better alternative. We ended up with a way more advanced site than what we were expecting in terms of design and function. I always felt comfortable critiquing anything that I didn't like throughout the stages of the design process and they always made adjustments right away, and sometimes even better than I imagined it would come out. The people at NineBar clearly love what they do AND are quite good at it. I really feel like we got an incredible result for the investment, and overall it was just a fun and pleasant experience for something that I really expected to be stressful. Thanks SO MUCH.

Alex and Nic at Ninebar recently redid my website. I'm so please with the outcome of it all. The whole process went really well. We met and discussed how I needed my website to function, how I could imagine functionality to grow over time and what design aesthetics appealed to me. They got back to me quickly with answers to my questions, they battled my hosting company and even got a refund on my service when the hosting company could not provide the functionality that I needed, and cheerfully implemented all my requests, comments and edits. I'm secure in the knowledge that I've got the architecture in place to grow and expand my site and business.

These guys were very easy to work with. They offered an initial design -- very clean and crisp, as I requested. Then they implemented any of my requested changes efficiently. They were always patient with my slow responses to their emails. Another thing that I liked was that they made sure I knew how to make changes myself later, and they continued to answer my questions and help me make changes for months afterwards.
