We live in a very rural community near Lake Logan.Today, all day, it was raining. Your service crews spent the entire day, in the rain, with a local 1 way road, in the mud accommodating older neighbors getting in/ out. Thank you!! Please take care of these guys!

We have had Skyrunner service for a couple of years using a dish to antenna access because we had no fiber optics in our area. They are extremely pleasant to work with, the service was reliable. Highly recommend.

Skyrunner employees provide impeccable customer service. I've had to call a couple of times for various reasons in the last few weeks and every single person I've spoken to has been friendly, patient, and helpful. It's a breath of fresh air!

Problems, so many problems, SOLVED. I recently (April 2025) got fed up with my internet signal not reaching all parts of my log home. I called Skyrunner, my provider, and explained my issues. After an informative discussion and intelligent questioning (such as how many devices I was connecting, lag times, not connecting to the internet, age and configuration of my existing in-home hardware) we agreed that a service call would be appropriate. I was able to schedule a convenient in-home appointment. Zack arrived on time did a review of the issues. He took the time to wander through the jungle of twisted wires, to do a complete walkthrough of my house, to understand how many devices I had and, this is really important, how many of those devices required 2.4 or 5.0 connectivity. After getting a handle on all that, Zack discussed solutions. I was very impressed that he discussed all the options, including using some of my existing gear. My wireless router was 6 years old. I told him I wanted the stuff to work. He recommended I get rid of my wireless extenders and replacing my router with a Unify System. It is a flat round disc about the size of a paper plate that is hidden on the wall behind my tv. He told me the cost which was reasonable. It was in line with a new router and new extenders from a local big box retailer. And just 1 wire instead of many. Now for the best part. He had everything I needed on the truck. Within less than an hour the new system was installed. Then he did a walk through with me to test and tweak every device, laptops, tvs, FireSticks, wireless printer, security system, Ring Camera. Every device was working when he left. He was able to name the new system with the same ID and PW as the old system, so I was spared doing new logins on every device. Skyrunner's business model suited my needs. They bill their service by the hour and that billing is time spent in the home. No travel time is added on. That matters when you live in a rural area, 25 miles from Asheville. Great job, Zack. Great job Skyrunner. You far exceeded my expectations.

I had Skyrunner satellite before the fiber. They have amazing service. The staff there are outstanding. I like it when they text me to let me know of issues.

Could not be happier with service. Everyone at Skyrunner was great to work with, including Cassie in scheduling and Seth H. for install. Seth did a great job setting up the exterior cables and was super nice! Service is excellent and several times faster than old provider. Perfect for mountains with spotty signal. Highly recommend!

Moving from Zito to Skyrunner has been fast, easy, and the service is excellent. You can speak with local Skyrunner folks anytime which makes every call fast, efficient, and frustration free. The Skyrunner team always follows through and they actually care about customer satisfaction. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was and the connection is solid and dependable. I'm a resident of Rumbling Bald in LakeLure NC and consider myself very fortunate to have Skyrunner fiber optic internet service because: - it's great service and - Skyrunner delivers world class customer service I've had the infrequent occasion to call customer service or technical support and each and every time I've talked to helpful, friendly, professional and knowledgeable folks. But this afternoon I had that same experience face-to-face with what I'd call a "line worker" who was repairing fiber optic conduit near my home. Even more impressive is my last few interactions have been the last few days with (I'm sure) these employees having to deal with personal stuff at home.
