I have waited 6 months to write this review, as it seems I will not be receiving money after all. I don't know if I just had a bad experience or they have very calculated and tactful ways of stealing your money. I hired them during the last week of my Kickstarter campaign and had no issues - until it came to reimbursing my money! In summary, I never received my money because their accounts team made an error with the bank details when processing the payment. One would think, as a business, they would correct that mistake and reissue my payment - unless their intention from the very beginning was never to refund my money. First, they charged my credit card $2000 more than I authorised them to for the ad spend. They reimbursed some of it but obviously kept the 5% transaction fee for the entire amount. Then once my KS campaign ended, their accounting team used incorrect information to transfer the remaining balance of over $1000 into my account. I went back and forth with them for almost 6 months trying to locate the funds. Their accounting team insisted the money was in my account. I showed them bank statements and gave them tracking info that my bank provided which showed the money was returned to Enventys. Then they asked me to authorise my bank to allow them to take the money out of my account so they could recall the payment. Why on earth would I give them permission to take money from my account, and why on earth would I want them to recall the payment if the money was in my account in the first place! Finally I had my bank locate the funds (something that should not have been my responsibility but their accounting dept's), and my bank confirmed the funds were debited back to Enventys. I even gave them the tracking number which my bank gave to me. They didn't bother to track it, and instead kept sending me their initial tracking number which showed they processed the payment! And kept saying their hands were tied unless I authorised them to recall the payment from my bank account. The issue was never whether they processed it, it was that it was rejected and returned given the incorrect information their accounting team used. Finally I had my bank launch an investigation (because I thought maybe the mistake was by my bank), and my bank gave me written confirmation that the funds are sitting with Enventys' intermediary bank Wells Fargo (needed since I'm based in the UK). I sent this information to the person I have been in contact with via their collaboration chat so she could chase it with their bank, and she very conveniently exited the chat. Now I have no way of contacting them and no one has bothered replying to my emails. I have now given up on ever seeing this money - NEVER AGAIN WOULD I USE THIS COMPANY.

I will be posting a YouTube video on this soon; this company is the biggest scam ever , they took 3000$ from me and did nothing, no conversions at all , Stay away from them , you will thank me later. They built their reputation during the heyday of indiegogo back in 2014/15 by offering "Free" marketing service to Campaigns that were already successful , now they are just using that past success to convince naive campaigners like me and you to steal our money .... any deposit you make is non refundable as mentioned in their "well written to deceive contract" Stay tuned for my YouTube video were I will share screen shots and conversations I had with them that shows how scammy they are !!!

We hired Enventys Partners to manage the Media buying for our Kickstarter Campaign. Prior to engaging Enventys Partners we had used other companies to manage our media buying. Despite Enventys Partners' promises at the outset regarding their performance and reporting capabilities, they failed to provide any meaningful data and their ads had by far the poorest performance. Of the media buying companies that we have worked with, only their ads/media buying performance resulted in us losing money. In addition, regarding their communication, they were one of the worst companies that we have ever dealt with. Ultimately, we feel like we were scammed.

We reached out to Enventys Partners to learn more about their crowdfunding services and for their help with our Facebook advertising, PR and overall campaign strategy. We loved working with the team and would definitely recommend them for any other projects looking for support during crowdfunding. We raised $1.8M in 40 days, joining only 254 other projects to raise more than $1M, and we definitely share the credit with Enventys [Partners]

I have contracted with Enventys Partners to design V2.0 of DorsiFLEX as well as improve my e-commerce website as well as conduct the Kickstarter campaign. All three efforts have moved along beautifully and with a great outcome. They are very good at what they do while being collaborative along the way. Enventys Partners will also conduct my post-Kickstarter marketing for DorsiFLEX. Enventys Partners is the best.

There are too many Crowdfunding PR companies in the market and you need to have a very clear mind when choosing the right one. Too many agencies are over-promised and some are just over-rated and charging too high of the funding commission percentage. Before we decided which one to use, we researched on their previous record, comments from the internet, reviews from the Crowdfundind discussion groups. etc... We find Enventys partners has almost no negative reviews! They didn't over-promise during the initial discussion which we think is professional and realistic to our campaign. We really satisfy with their effort and professional advice on various aspects: Pre-launch marketing, fast and responsive communications and savvy knowledge on various technique and skills in Crowdfunding PR works( eg.: when & how to prepare the pre-launch campaign and how to convert the opt-in emails subscribers into the real pledges etc...) One little drawback to our Kickstarter campaign...which is very likely not their responsibility was the underwhelmed media exposure. We could not blame anyone but ourselves (or the over-crowded campaigns in the crowdfunding market). We believe the media and journalists are quite selective on what they want to report now. And we admit that our campaign name and tag line are not that attractive and even cliche...So we could not blame the third party on the media coverage if our campaign itself is not attractive enough. All in all, Enventys Partners is top notch and among the best of the crowdfunding PR business. Highly recommended! Ani Ani Team
