NyQuest Adventures Computer Repair

Was about to buy a new laptop after dropping my old one and seeing a critical failure screen. I reached out to Alvin at NyQuest, who was able to take my laptop in same day. He let me know that he COULD repair my laptop, and provided me with a list of replacement parts that would be needed. He also gave me options for each part so that I could find the most affordable one that also met my performance needs. Once the parts were delivered to my house, I brough them to Alvin, who was able to complete the repair in a few hours. I couldn't believe how fast he was. Alvin was a great communicator and very easy to reach. Also incredibly affordable. I highly, highly recommend NyQuest. You won't be disappointed.

Mr. Al was wonderful to work with. We had 2 laptops that needed updating. He explained everything in lamens terms and we knew exactly what to expect regarding turnaround time and price. One of our laptops couldn't be updated due to age. Al provided us with solutions to resolve and in the end, we still left with 2 laptops as he had another upgraded laptop for purchase. Prices are very reasonable and we will recommend him to others. He has gain a customer in us!

Had my ROG zephyrus laptop screen break recently and had to get it repaired.Ive got to say after my experience all the reviews here are correct, Alvin is AWESOME.He quickly looked at it gave me the parts to order him and repaired it.The buying of the parts plus the repairs only cost me about $196 which is great considering other places were gonna charge $300 or $400.My laptop works like a gem now ! So if you need repairs you are in good hands.

Al is both fair and kind. The road was closed off, blocking entry to his Business on a Saturday. He called me back and told me he'd come in Sunday for an emergency fix I needed for a Lenovo Yoga 9i. I offered to pay him extra for his time and told me to keep it - a dying breed in the service world and highly recommend him, especially for the gamers out there!

My laptop screen and cover broke. Couldn't turn it on nor close the laptop. Alvin diagnosed it and advised me on what parts to get. He fixed it within a timely manner and was very affordable. Definitely would use him again if I needed anything else fixed. Much better than going to BestBuy

That was very pleasant experience with a Repair company. I haven't before though about repair any of my devices, because I was so much worried that it will be a hassle, and buying another devices is much better. However AL is such an amazing guy. He find a solution for me based on my budget and he help me replace the computer. I will definitely go to him again for any computer issue. I will recommend him to anyone.

Al was wonderful! He was responsive and dedicated to finding a solution to not only fix my laptop, but not lose the data as well. Very reasonable with pricing and all around a great service. I will be going to Al in the future for any other technology needs.
