Sociable Society

I hired Sociable a couple of months ago as I manage hiring talent for my organization. We don't have an in-house recruitment team so I chose to hire them. Within this time they have assisted us in filling 10 roles. What I like about using Sociable Society is that we receive a very high volume of qualified candidates. Several of the positions they found is candidates for were tax managers and senior accounts which are very highly sought after right now. I will use them again next quarter!

They have a great recruiting technology that really helped me to fill a couple of accounting roles I could tried to fill in my own through zip recruiter. Their reports show exactly what your keywords are doing in all your target locations, what they spent their paid time doing for you and what the goals are for the month. Without clear measurable results, it's hard to know if what you are doing is working, they are one of the few that offer this reporting and it helps us monitor our SEO, Google ADWords and have peace of mind. I've been working with the team to find talent in the Tax Accounting sector. Our company is in growth mode amidst a moving office locations which is why we needed to hire a recruiting firm.
