I have been a client of TalenAlexander for at least a decade. Running a non-profit, I am always wearing many hats. It was an investment to hire TalenAlexander to create our website, but with that being the "store front" of our business, it was that important. I have always been treated well by everyone who works for the company. Any updates or changes we request get completed in a timely manner and with excellence. It is not often that we have to tweak anything because they know what they are doing. There are many people who work with marketing and branding, but this company is the real deal and will do a great job. We appreciate all they do for us. I highly recommend TalenAlexander!

I had a meeting with Jason and Simon. I believed it went very well and Jason said he would be in touch within a few days. I waited for weeks and received a follow up email. I immediately responded to the email and waited again for a response. That was around 8 months ago and I have yet to hear back. I was shocked at how unprofessional Jason's lack of communication was. It is very rude and inconsiderate to not respond. I was very interested in this company, so this was extremely disappointing. I would avoid them at all costs and take your business elsewhere!

It has been a privilege to work with the entire TA team. They have been very accommodating to the branding needs of the company and have continuously helped us grow through our rebrand phases. They're easy to work with and have bent over backwards to meet our needs. Wouldn't recommend any other company!
