Their communication was excellent, the repair was completed quickly, and their pricing was more than fair. It's refreshing to find a company that's not only honest and knowledgeable but also genuinely values its customers. I highly recommend them for any computer or electronic device needs. My computer screen on my laptop went black and seemed frozen for good. I was worried I had lost all my work and personal pictures for good. I searched and found Union Square Computers and Ed Cooper. He was so kind to be willing to check it out immediately. He told us up front what things could be wrong and said he would text us when he discovered the problem. We were hoping for a simple problem but didn't know. We got a text in just 45 minutes. He discovered it had gone into a coma and wrote and said "good news" it was just a coma and he woke it back up. He was kind, quick, and so knowledgeable and even gave us wisdom to keep it from entering another coma. I definitely recommend Union Square Computers and will use him again with any other computer troubles we have.

Great service at a great price! I had previously seek service from another business who only said my computer was not worth fixing and offered me to purchase one of their computers that seemed like it was a reasonable price only for it to break down a year later. So I ended up with two dead computers. I wasn't sure what to expect from Union Square Computers. So I had my 2nd computer serviced and they were willing to go through fixing my computer. They kept me updated through text about what was wrong with my computer and what the progress was on fixing it. I was surprised at the end how good the cost was so I took my 1st computer in to get fixed too. The frame on the front part of my computer was loose and they were willing to secure it for free. Needless to say if I ever need to get my computer electronics fixed again Union Square Computers is where I will be going.

Owner was very helpful in providing information up front in order to repair my Nintendo Switch. Communication was spot on. Completed the repair in just a couple days! He did a great job and am lucky to have come across his business. Fantastic customer experience and will be bringing all my tech here going forward!

Ed and his team was great! My laptop was done the next day. He was able to remove bitlocker recovery on my windows 11!! Highly recommend!

Ed was truly helpful to me. I brought my laptop to him and it was fairly old. It needed a new hardrive and he updated Windows 11 for me. He also gave me help through remote TeamViewer to get my printer set up so that I could use it wireless. He is patient and he cares. I would definitely bring Ed any further problems with computers etc..he knows his stuff. Also he has great communication through text ...
