James communicated well from initial design phase to scheduling, to the completion of the project. He took the time with my concerns and was understanding with our needs. His team showed up when scheduled, accomplished their tasks on time, and cleaned up after themselves (James even vacuumed himself). After installation he personally came by to ensure all the details were addressed and make sure we knew how to operate the equipment.
