The technician was awesome. He was very knowledgeable about my problem. Jonathan had a great personality. Jonathan is such a asset to your company. This this job took a little bit longer, but it was no fault of jonathan. He just covered my modem, was not set up correctly. I loved the great job he did.

Mark is very professional and has the upmost respect for his clients. If I ever have a problem that requires a technician to come out, I'm most definitely going to request Mark. I don't have the words to describe just how hard he worked and the high amount of praise I can give him.

Technician came the next day after I called. He was very polite and reassuring that the issue would be solved. The problem was on the line and it was repaired in minutes. Thank you so much!

The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. He listened to our request for placement and wiring. Our system was hooked up and running right away, no hassle. Service could not have been better!

Using the Kinetic App, I notified Kinetic of an outage. Kinetic sent Ethan (Serviceman), he discovered the outage was a break in the line from the Hub to my House. Ethan temporarily lain a temporary line from Hub and informed me that a secondary crew would come back to bury the new line to the house. The whole process was handled with excellent customer care! Kinetics serviceman Ethan made the service call easy! I highly recommend Kinetic to anyone who likes fast Internet and excellent Customer Service!

The offshore call center is a disgrace to this company. They have inactive listening and you can never speak to a supervisor with those folks. The whole experience is ridiculous and unprofessional. My biggest problem was my service went out last month for 4hrs( I work from home). I was told by IT that I needed a new box. When the technician came out, he just changed around some wires and my service was back working. I was able to get back to work but was told I will get an adjustment for the time my service was out. I never heard anything else from these folks and my bill remains the same. NO Adjustment was given.

My Kinetic technicians were great! They were both timely, knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful. The process was painless and relatively quick! Highly recommend!
