Cheap servers, but keep a backup of your data and hope you never deal with support. Their support team will lie to you (and then later admit they were mistaken) about sending notices before wiping your server. This happened to me with an *owned* server, not even their property, and they formatted the drives. Recently they shut down a site on my server for a vulnerable script, which is fine, but they also lied about sending a notice beforehand. Gmail isn't a mystery, it's easy to tell if a notice was "sent to spam". And if it *was* sent to spam, which is wasn't, that would indicate they're using an IP in an RBL or unsecured sending methods. Neither of which are a good look for a provider to admit.

We've had servers with them for many years now. Very respectful staff. Eager to help. Prices fantastic. It's exactly what you hope for if you are looking for some older dedicated servers for a fantastic price.

I've had multiple servers with them for years. Fantastic service and always get responses from support within minutes at any time of the day/night. Not to mention for myself they are local so it's nice to see the small guys doing so great! Currently have a $85 a month server that would easily cost over $120 from other providers. Highly recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible company, all around. In the last year we have had 3 complete outages, the most recent one has lasted 13 hours and is still out. Customer service is non-existent. They have a number to call, but it ALWAYS goes straight to voicemail. They have a ticket system, but getting a response takes forever. They advertise 24/7/365 customer support and they say always open, but this is a lie. Our server went down at 10:30PM and it's not Noon the next day and it's still not up and running. They do not compensate anyone for the downtime, not even a free month of service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Think twice before you rent here. Their hardware and OS are old and aside from that, there is always a danger of your server breaking so you need to pay attention with your server and files. On the bright side, their customer support is fast and friendly.

I run multiple servers provided by dacentec and their support has been amazing. Uptime is excellent as well. Anytime there is an issue you can count on the support to be prompt to resolve the issue! Would recommend to anyone looking to get a dedicated server

Customer service here is a joke. A phone number that goes straight to voicemail, support tickets that take 24 hours to get a response, and the only reliable way to get a response from them is through facebook. A piss poor company that is unable to provide reliable servers. Do not use these guys.

Been using this company for a few days for a game server hosting, so far their service has been above and beyond and they have been very helpful and quick to respond to tickets.
