Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

My kids always love coming here. We have the membership so the kids can play as often as they want. If you know you are going to go often, and you want a good deal, the membership is the best way to go for the price. Even if you were only going to go once a month, it still ends up paying for itself. The staff is always friendly and helpful here, and the building is always clean. Five stars!

Urban Air is such a fantastic place to have fun! I want to give a special shoutout to Sarah, the party coordinator, who truly stands out. She is not just pleasant and friendly, but also incredibly patient and warm-hearted. Her personality is perfect for making everyone feel welcome and excited! If you're considering a group party, I can't recommend this place enough, and I'm confident you'll adore Sarah just as much as I do. Thank you so much for everything, Sarah! You really made our experience special.

Took my daughter (9) to Urban Air and she wanted to show me this awesome area of trampolines she had played at the previous weekend with a friend. When I got to the specific area she was at, there was a staff member that was there not paying any attention to the kids that were jumping, because she was too busy on her phone and gabbing away with a co worker (who also wasn't paying attention). Despite the 5 signs in the area that said," No Flips" there was a child, not much older than my daughter, doing back to back flips on the trampolines, and not allowing my daughter to have a turn jumping on the attraction. After watching this for 10 minutes or so, I asked the girl that worked there why she didn't stop this child from flipping. I mean there is a reason those signs are there. She said that she "knew the child and he did it all the time. He was there every week." Well that didn't sit well with me. As a business owner myself, I am shocked at the flippant response. This tells me that there's an issue with management not training their staff. The facilities are beautiful, but I would not feel comfortable leaving my child unattended given how little the staff cares about safety. Mind you for review purposes I'm only going over a small portion of our conversation, and I was very tempted to ask for a manager, but I didn't feel like going full Karen. I just supervised my child for a little longer and left with a bad taste in my mouth about it. We won't be back because of it.

I've visited in the past and have also hosted my daughters birthday party here and also my son's. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. My son and his friends enjoyed everything about his birthday gathering and I'm sure we will visit again.

I really like this place. I regularly bring my two toddler kids once or twice a week. The place is always really clean. The employees are always very friendly and respectful. It's a great blend of rules and freedom for the kids. I got the membership for my two toddlers who are full of energy during winter season. It's worth the money, and it gives kids the ability to burn off some energy instead of running through the house.

Just want to say, the customer service I've experienced when reaching out to Sara Fabian, Ops Manager/Special Events Coordinator, has been nothing short of incredible. I've had to email this woman twice, once for a membership issue, another today when I was there with my two young kids, one of which is still potty training. I was waiting for the family restroom, which my 2.5 year old has the patience of an ant, so waiting wasn't an option, only to go into the men's room and find there's no changing tables in the men's room. I asked the staff if there were any other changing tables besides the single family restroom, she said yeah in the women's room. I know I wasn't gonna feel comfortable in the women's room, never mind the women in the facility, so I made a change on the fly, but remembered I had Sara's email from a previous conversation. I reached out to her expressing the need for a changing table in the men's room, which I didn't expect a response on a Sunday, but, she responded, and addressed my concern immediately, which I've supplied her response. Sara thank you for going above and beyond in your role as Ops Manager, your effort doesn't go unnoticed. As far as my experience at this location, I've been to a number of their locations and I have nothing bad to say about a visit ever. Maybe some unruly, privileged children that can use a whooping, but otherwise my kids always have a blast here.

My daughter loves this place and they have a monthly membership so we go often. Most of the staff are teens, it has arcade vibes but the attractions are more like obstacle courses, an in house zip line, and trampolines. We had her 5th birthday there and everyone had a blast. If your kids range in age they can all find something to do. Never had creeps or safety concerns during a visit and because it's outside of CLT it's usually not packed so lines aren't a thing. Weight limits 250 for trampolines and 230 for harness attractions.

My family and I had a great time! Awesome staff! From the party host all the way to the owner. They really went above and Beyond for my sons birthday party! Highly recommend it. Thank you Urban Air for an awesome time. Update 1/29/2025 I had to update my review because lately I can't help but to feel annoyed every time I come. Most if not all These young "employees" are so rude and not kid friendly whatsoever. I highly believe the people whom work at a "kids environment" should effortlessly have patience, manners or at least a friendly smile.
