We toured the Netsertive office after working with the company for over a decade, we were not disappointed! All of the team members were enthusiastic and friendly as well as informative. It was awesome to see some of the inner workings of the digital marketing process that is so critical to the function of our business. Overall we were very impressed with everything we learned and are excited to continue working with Netsertive in the coming years.

I've worked with about a dozen different digital marketing companies over my business ownership career for various projects. Netsertive is by far the the worst I have ever worked with. $10k charged to my cc on file. and they had no lead (form filled) tracking in place. They spent my money recklessly. I didn't receive the promised weekly reports. They only paused my campaigns after my 3rd attempt to get resolution. They acknowledged many of my concerns but did nothing to rectify the issues. They will spend your budget regardless of results then try to spin things about how great the results are. Be aware. Ask for transparency at all levels of your campaigns and especially their fees. The deeper I looked the worse it got. There are too many solid digital marketing companies out there. I suggest you look elsewhere

We had switched to Netsertive several years ago because we weren't happy with the followup from the previous company. Netsertive has given to us everything we expected, monthly followup, constant evaluation and adjustments of product performance. They are always available for help and have a true concern for the dealership.

WOW this company has changed. We had a wonderful digital rep. Aulbrie at Netsertive that cared about us as a small appliance dealer in the Nationwide Marketing Group for a long time. Then she left a few months ago and I guess the work load shifts to those still employed there. They just didn't care, and our relationship with company stopped.

Been using NetSertive for 9 years and could not be happier. Our Rep Jessica has been amazing, she made some changes to our campaigns over the past few months that has been a real game changer for us. Highly recommend this great North Carolina company!

This company came to us supposedly from a reference from one of our vendors called Lutron and told us how they knew just how to drive business to our site. Over the course of well over a year, we listened to all of their advice and spent countless thousands of dollars with no positive results. Moving into 2017 we decided to cut back our budget to only promote soundproofing because it was the only thing that seemed to be working. Fast forward to the present and we have a campaign that did not work and when we tried to address this with them to give them an opportunity to prove that we should stick or cancel our contract with them we got caught up in a loophole in their contract which caused us to be billed over $1100 for an extra month plus of more of the same poor results even though it was clear what our intentions were a few weeks earlier. So, if you are going to work with this company be very careful. Make sure you are getting results and make sure when you decide you have wasted enough money not to give them the benefit of the doubt because they will use that against you to suck every from you every possible dollar.

Kathryn with Netsertive has made managing our business's online presence easy and hassle free. She has been extremely informative and responsive and is always looking for ways to improve our campaign.

We have received exceptional service from every team member with Netsertive as well we have seen a increase in sales volume since signing on with the group. Great work guys!!!! Keep it up!!
